Daily/Monthly/Yearly Walking Services and Session Based Packages:

Smoochie Poochies requires 24 hours notice via email (info@mysmoochiepoochies.com ) or by calling either Alaina or Jenn directly at 646-208-8503 or 914-282-2866. The cancelation will then be relayed onto your walker.

 

Session Based Packages: If 24 hours notice is not provided and the walker arrives at your house you will be charged and deducted for that session.

 

Boarding: 1 week (7days) advanced notice must be provided. If you cancel within one week you will be charged ½ of your total boarding fee.
